Scratch & Co. – Now Hiring Line Cooks Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District.
We are seeking skilled, motivated line cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a line cook, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to Scratch & Co. standards.
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist with prep work and station setup/breakdown.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH teams.
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Food safety knowledge is a plus.
